The experienced Security Guard will work Monday through Friday, from 6:
00 a.
m.
until 6:
00 p.
m.
to assist with providing a secure campus by performing routine outside and inside patrols of the property; assisting residents with various needs; delivering packages; answering phones and obtaining information for residents.
Preparing reports of incidents and other activities during the shift is necessary as well as assisting in various other duties as requested by management or assigned by supervisor.
May require light maintenance-type skills.
Must enjoy working with our senior population, exhibiting compassion and understanding in all interactions.
Reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills should be sharp and on point.
Ability to help lift heavy objects and/or individuals to transfer to wheelchairs, etc.
Must be COVID vaccinated; be able to pass a background check; drug screen; and TB screening.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
