Non Exempt Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities Key Responsibilities Acts as a resource for all staff and physicians to address software and/or hardware issues.
Acts as a resource to maximize software potential and to create enterprise or departmental efficiencies.
Develops detailed reports to meet enterprise or departmental information needs.
When required, installs and/or performs minor troubleshooting procedures to hardware, software, or other peripheral equipment.
Monitors daily backup completion and reports issues to IT vendor to identify and resolve problems or potential problems.
Holds administrative rights to software systems.
Initiates and terminates user access at manager request.
Maintains records related to system changes or deletions.
Participates in setup and implementation of new systems, upgrades, or modifications including evaluation and testing.
Acts as a resource for others in determining system configurations or modifications to meet internal needs or external requirements.
Assists with training materials, procedures, and/or user training as required.
Submits hardware/software problems to software vendor support or IT vendor as indicated.
Problem solves and monitors a variety of software/hardware.
Provides support related to client internet-based portal.
Participates in performing system audits and identifying IT security risks as well as developing and/or implementing plans to mitigate risks.

Computer skills - good working knowledge of MS office Ability to communicate effectively with others, both verbally and in writing Proven ability to manage time, meet deadlines and prioritize Able to maintain standards and professionalism during periods of fluctuating workloads Provide professional service to direct customers of One GI in all interactions.
Build effective working relationships with other team members.
Manage daily tasks to ensure business needs are consistently met.
Education and Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience, required.
Minimum of two years' experience with practice management, EHR software, and the healthcare environment preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
