The best candidate is dependable, pleasant, hard-working, honest, trustworthy, detail-oriented, organized, punctual and very supportive to the doctor, office manager and assistants.
Our administrative team is responsible for all communication with patients, doctors and insurance companies.
Responsibilities:
Assist with patient check in and check out Answer phone calls Schedule patients Verify insurance benefits and obtain patient estimates Communicate with patients and referring offices Perform any other duties necessary in support of the Office Manager Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA compliance standards Front Desk Receptionist Requirements High school diploma or GED certificate Administrative experience, preferably in a dental office setting Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and complete tasks in a timely manner Be a team player and respectful of others A great attitude toward others and strong work ethic Job Type:
