Full-time; Salaried/ExemptPURPOSE/SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITYThe Information Technology/Property Director is a member of the management staff of the MJCC.
He/she is responsible for all aspects of the management of Information Technology, including computer network and systems, phone systems, and office equipment.
He/she is also responsible for oversight and management of the facility, property and transportation fleet.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the information systems of the organization, ensuring that such systems and the related maintenance and retrieval of data support daily operations,as wellas the long-term strategic goals of the organization Ensure that all technology solutions (both internal and external) are delivered in a timely and cost effective manner Select, develop, implement and support new systems and technologies Conduct post implementation reviews to ensure benefits are achieved Ensure that the Executive Staff is up to date and well educated on strategic technology issues Ensure that orientation is provided for new employees with respect to information technology, and for all employees with respect to new or upgraded software Assess employee skill levels and coordinate necessary training for appropriate use of information technology as appropriate Ensure that system data is backed up on a daily basis and maintain appropriate back-up routine Provide assistance to staff in running retrieval reports and with general questions related to software or hardware problems Develop and test disaster recovery plan Establish procedure for, and direct the management of, all maintenance, repairs, renovations, cleaning, equipment, grounds and site.
Develop and administer preventative maintenance programs in conjunction with Facility Committee Negotiate services with, and solicit bids from, outside suppliers of goods and services; review and coordinate their activities Review and monitor service contracts re:
building, equipment and grounds Ensure all buildings are in compliance to pass all required health and safety inspections Responsible for agency vehicles and their maintenance Responsible for the preparation of and adherence to the IT and Facility/Grounds operating budgets Other reasonable duties as assigned by CEO or COO Responsible for answering JCC after hours phone and responding to facility needs.
Assist with staff with and train staff in all A/V needs for programming.
Hire, train, and supervise maintenance staff.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1.
Build and maintain relationships between staff, management, volunteers and vendors2.
Support operations by appropriately representing the Center in all forums and by demonstrating commitment to Center philosophy, mission, goals, policies and procedures3.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed4.
Use time effectively by appropriately planning, organizing and scheduling required work hours to meet agency needs5.
Demonstrate effective judgment by making appropriate decisions, as well as conducting and maintaining a professional manner and appearance at all times6.
Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with health and safety guidelinesMinimum

A degree in computer science or management information systems is preferred, however, a combination of prior work experience and computer related education is acceptableDemonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously according to agreed upon schedules and budgetsStrong interpersonal communication skillsPrior experience with facility oversight/management or capacity to be trained to accomplish this functionSalary:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
