Gathers and authors business requirements for all in-house or third party data systems and package software as well as designs, tests, implements, enhances, and maintains solutions/systems Responsibilities 1.
Works with cross-functional teams to assist with gathering and evaluating detailed requirements for various in-house and/or third party data/reporting system requirements.

Compiles and synthesizes requirements for integration process.
3.
Develops requirements documentation and diagrammatic models such as use cases and functional specifications; coordinates the capture of process models and functional testing; ensures system is functionally appropriate, technically sound, and well integrated.
4.
Handles integrated application and interface development throughout system lifecycle (design, modeling, testing, deployment, and support).
5.
Develops test plans, cases, and scripts as well as performs testing of related environments at all phases of development.
6.
Handles maintenance processes, and projects related to integrated data systems and package software.
7.
Develops, configures, maintains and enhances reports, report definitions and dashboards.
8.
Assists with process reviews and provides suggestions for system improvements.
9.
Maintains technical documentation and project plans for development activities.
10.
Coordinates and manages third-party vendors and systems as well as internal support teams to ensure systems and reports have high availability and functionality to end-users.
11.
Assists users with system issues/problems and on occasion may provide level 3 user support.
12.
Coordinates resolution of issues to include change management, root cause analysis, and appropriate escalation as needed.
13.
Provides analysis and estimates for new project requests.
Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree and 5
years of experience working in an IT design and development process role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) required.
Consulting experience in the area of system integration, configuration, or implementation for package software preferred Workday implementation experience preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Organizational and project management skills Facilitation and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally Working knowledge of formal project and resource management methods, knowledge and skills, including planning, scheduling, monitoring, control, documentation, and evaluation Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to write reports, business correspondence and presentations.
Ability to effectively present information and communicate and influence in the effort to build strong business relationships.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously, plan, organize, prioritize and make effective decisions.
Ability to demonstrate self-motivation and to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision.

Pay Ranges $79,175.
00 - $131,958.
00 This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law.
Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range.
The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience.
An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
