Company is based in Germantown, TN with portfolio mainly in the Southeast US.
This job would be responsible for a portfolio of HUD subsidized properties.
Must have multi-apartment management experience.
Must have project based section 8 experience.
Will require about 75% travel.
RealPage computer program experience a Plus.
HUD occupancy training a Plus.
Must have experience with REAC and EIV.
Must be able to supervise staff.
Organizational skills needed.
